Why and How to make a WILL

In response to the demand of many members of V4Us, a program was organised on 16 June, to provide legal insights into the process and reasons for making a WILL. Advocate, Gujarat High Court, Urvish S. Patni informed the members of V4Us on the importance of making a WILL. He responded to the numerous different queries of members and elaborated on the various forms of a WILL and what aspects are to be kept in mind while making one. He also highlighted on the pros and cons of making a WILL as relevant to different social circumstances. The session was extremely useful as it enabled the members to clear many of their doubts and understand the legal necessity of making a WILL in their twilight years.
