Seminar at Sterling Hospital

Sterling Hospital, Vadodara in collaboration with Vayavalamban Association organised an awareness seminar on 12th April 2025, focusing on Diabetes Management and Stroke Management challenges for the elderly. Dr. Karishma Matai a Consultant in Internal Medicine, provided a comprehensive overview of diabetes management tailored to the unique needs of elderly patients. Dr. Yogesh Sharma, MD, DM (Neurology) delivered a detailed presentation on the latest protocols in acute and post-stroke management. Dr. Rushikumar Panchal, MD Radiation Oncology, took a session on the advancements in radiation therapy and their implications for elderly cancer patients. Members of Vayavalamban and other senior citizens attended the programme and appreciated the information provided by the specialist doctors.
